Congratulations on your decision to complete your undergraduate degree. The Bachelor of General Studies program (BGS) offers a unique curriculum for returning adult students, whereby you can pursue your degree, without having to start over. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality education, advising and supportive services to reach your goal. We are now taking transfer student applications for new BGS students. Applicants for the Fall, 2009 semester can apply until July 15th. International students need to apply by June 15th.

All sessions will take place from 5:30-6:30 in the Library's e classroom (1.62). Check back for updates on information session dates in July. If you have completed 60 Credits or an associate’s degree, from an accredited university or college, you are invited to participate in the University of Connecticut’s Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) Program. The information session provides an overview of the Bachelor of General Studies Degree Program. Requirements and applications will be discussed and a question and answer session will follow.
